Some people in here wanted to know exactly what happens to you when you disobey the Forum Rules.
1) First, depending on the offense, you get a Warning. If it is a serious offense, we may ban your username, email, and/or IP address immediately. That usually doesn't happen, so most people get a Warning first. Unless it was a really mild offense, you only get one Warning. ONE. Then you will be suspended or banned. With mild offenses that are no big deal, you can be issued two or even three Warnings.
2) After a Warning or Penalty was issued to you in the thread where you commited the offense, you will get a private message that will read something like this:
"Your Username",
A warning (or penalty) for you has been issued by Official Forum Moderators. Your behavior in the "Name of Thread" thread has been noted.
Your warning was posted here (URL to the actual Warning).
REASON(S) FOR WARNING: Inappropriate Profile Content (this is just an example).
PENALTY: Removal of Profile Content, Official Warning (also an example).
Failure to follow the rules of this Forum may result in a permanent ban of your username. Further misbehavior may result in the banning or your email and/or IP address.
Thanks,

Warnings and Penalties are considered and carried out by Moderators of this Forum. Other Forum members do not influence our decisions in any way.
You may delete this message.
So if you get that message, you've done something that was against our rules. The message should tell you how many Warnings you have left. If it doesn't say you have any more, then you should be careful because that was your last Warning.
3) If further misbehavior insues, that all folks. You're out of here. Got it?
See, it's not so bad. And it's pretty easy to understand. We're also pretty good about not being too strict and staying fair. So don't spend all of your time here worrying about whether you're within the rules. Just have fun.
